As you can hopefully see from the way we market our rental properties, this side of the business does not play second fiddle to our property sales. Since taking on our first fully managed property, on the first day of our doors being open, we have built up an impressive portfolio of high quality, fully managed properties across the region.
As a true independent we can tailor our service to meet your individual needs, whether that be simply finding you the perfect tenant or full property management we have the expertise to ensure your requirements can be met.
Due to this flexibility, our fee, depending on the level of service required does vary but what we can promise you is that our fees are completely transparent. There are simply no additional charges and we operate a strict “No Let, No Fee” service, so in the unlikely event we are unable to find you a tenant then you wouldn’t owe us a penny.
We see it as a great honour and a testament to the standard of service we provide that a substantial proportion of our new Landlords have come on board with us through a personal recommendation from one of our existing clients.

In order for a tenancy to proceed we will require referencing forms be completed for each adult who intends on living at the property. The tenancy set-up fee covers the costs involved for conducting a credit check, financial reference and any previous Landlord or Letting agent reference. It also includes the costs associated with drawing up all the paperwork for the tenancy and check-in. . We will also require copies of photo identification and proof of residency. Please note we do not charge tenancy renewal fees on our fully managed properties, a list of all our possible tenancy fees are below.

We have been fortunate enough to establish close working relationships with a number of local builders and property developers who have converted and purposely built residential units for the rental market. This has included developments of all scales ranging from a couple of units in a rural village location to a converted office premises in the centre of town providing 10 brand new apartments.
We can offer advice on how best to maximize the potential return from a development and can aide decisions being made at the early stages of planning before any physical work is undertaken.
