East of England Sees the Fastest Rise in House Prices

The latest figures released by the office of National Statistics using data from the Land Registry has shown that between February 2016 to February 2017 the value of property in the East has increased by more than 10%.

This means that in the average house price in the region now stands at £281,665 whereas the average home in the UK would cost you £217,502, an increase of about 6% during the same period.
