St. Benedicts Court in Huntingdon welcomed a new face to the retail centre this month, when Oliver James Property Sales & Lettings moved from their previous location in St Mary’s Street Huntingdon.

The company, which has been trading for over 2 years now, has opened its’ doors to the public at the Grade II listed 4 Princes Street, offering sales and lettings services to their clients. The office, formally an auto parts shop, has undergone extensive internal renovation to create a light and welcoming atmosphere.

Oliver James is owned and run by the two company partners, Oliver Huggins and James Hodgson, who have both grown up locally in the area before gaining industry experience from working at other estate and letting agents in Cambridgeshire.

Oliver says, “Our aim for the new office was to create a fresh and welcoming space for our clients and visitors. The building had been left empty for quite some time and with it occupying such a prominent location in Huntingdon we wanted to give the premises a new lease of life. Whilst the work was being carried out we had a number of people pop their heads in to see what was going on and it was great to hear the positive feedback from people who appreciated that the building was going to back in use.”

James added, “We felt the time was right for us as a company to move forward to a new location that would offer greater passing custom and make ourselves more accessible to our clients. We already provide customers with mobile phone numbers so we can be contacted outside normal office hours but we hope that the new office will allow greater fact to face interaction. It is a competitive market at the moment so we need to ensure we are providing an effective and quality service to our clients and we genuinely believe that the new office will help us fulfil this objective.”
